Internet2 NET+ Google Workspace for Education Program Enters Second Year with Launch of Members-Only Webinar Series and Roadmap Sessions in June

The Internet2 NET+ Google Workspace for Education program (Internet2 NET+ GWE) is entering its second year. Building on the adoption success of last year when more than 70 universities signed up for the service, the NET+ program has worked with Google to develop an Internet2 member-only webinar series to showcase the key benefits of the NET+ GWE service (opens in a new window).

Google Roadmap Sessions
In addition, Google is kicking off a quarterly series on its Roadmap, which will be open under your institution’s existing Non-Disclosure Agreement with Google. For information about registering for these sessions, contact na-he-gwfe@google.com.
During Google Roadmap Sessions, you will join the Higher Education Workspace Specialists Team in reviewing the FY’22 Q2 product roadmap. As you look to leverage Google Workspace products and services, it’s important to understand how users, devices, and applications are represented and managed within Google, how Google Workspace is moving toward seamlessly connecting and integrating to your other environments, and the impact these updates will have on your users and business.

The group will resume its monthly meetings in July 2022 and will tackle topics surrounding storage management and data migration.
